DEAR DIARY OCT 29, 2024 Anyway I just woke up from a nice nap which I always do after my tae kwon do class which is always intense and forces growth. Feel really good though. healthier than I have ever been. Today to conclude class we did 12 push ups followed by 12 seconds rest followed by 11 pushups followed by 11 seconds rest all the way down to 2 push ups and then one final pushup that is 20 seconds long, go down slowly over 10 seconds and then back up over 10 seconds. I am the eldest in a class filled with people in the teens and 20's and I always finish each set of pushup faster than anyone in the class. Been doing martial arts for a little over 2 years now. The stretching for flexibility is one of the touphest and most challenging aspects. Getting your body to be able to do a full split is NOT something you relax into as many believe. I spend 2 - 3 hours every day stretching and to make that time pass easier and faster I have become somewhat of an expert at an 8 ball pool game I downloaded on my cell phone. DEAR DIARY NOV 10, 2024 My father passed away in his sleep last night at the hospital at 100 years old. Very strange feeling being all alone in the world (mother passed away 2019). Looking for a special single lady to be able to make part of MY family.
