My status - I am divorced from my American wife as of 9 years ago. My kids are all grown and are; oldest son is 35 years old and is an excellent photographer and cryptocurrency trader; my daughter is 33 and is a computer programmer; my youngest son 31 is attending school to become a medical technician. Fun and hobbies - I play acoustic guitar; have published two up-beat fiction novels and love fishing, camping, and exploring the islands on my motorcycle. Enjoy raising a nice vegetable garden. For my work Technically I am retired but I love what I do and if anything I have picked up the pace since I arrived here in the Philippines. I think I will work until I...well you know, LOL. For the 18 years prior to retiring, I owned a company which designed, manufactured, shipped, and installed high tech control rooms around the world. The last room we built was in Makati, which is what brought me to the Philippines. I have been an inventor/product designer most of my life and started two companies during my career by turning my ideas into products we manufactured and sold to other businesses. I am officially retired, but stay busy designing my new invention which is a planet friendly houseboat that runs on Solar panels, wind, and hydrogen that is produced by the solar panels. I may live on the boat someday but at the very least will use it to explore some of the cooler islands in the Philippines. I am also turning the two books I have written while here in the Philippines into audio books.
