I work remotely for a US company developing database solutions for clients. I sport a few extra pounds, but am actively working on it ... when home, as weather improves, I like to get out walking or hiking. When I travel, I do like to find places to hike while out, usually seeking out waterfalls. I tend to enjoy non-team sports, but not solo sports. Tried indoor rock climbing for a while, but its not as much fun when doing it alone. Racket sports, kayaking, hiking, camping, etc ... they are more enjoyable *with* someone. I am not looking for a "long term, long distance relationship" ... long term, yes ... but if we connect, I want that to be with a goal of being together ... first goal though is to meet in person ... willing to travel closer to you for that, and sooner rather then later. Let's get that out of the way. And definitely not looking for a "booty call" ... I prefer a connection to exist, and am more then willing to prove that by not being in a rush for more then spending time together. As far as the type of person that I seek, well..., the physics involved are beyond any personality test that any dating service could ever formulate, that is something that only I will know when the right person appears. Physical attraction and then that chemistry thing will take care of the rest. One's social status, education, wealth, and age is relatively of no consequence; honesty, class, compassion, and kindness from the heart is, one whom knows the true value of a smile, the gravity of love, and by some measure to leave somethings better off than how they found them. I do believe that I am a priceless masterpiece created by our Creator. The only other unshared aspect of my values is that I've come to believe the laws of life are very simple: Truth and respect. Make the world around you a better place for everyone you care about. I just can't live any other way. I believe it 's very important to focus on the present.who we are.and how life's lessons can be applied to the future. I am not aiming for perfection for I know each individual have differences and faults to understand and strong points to be appreciated. But it's very essential to have mutual understanding, respect and open communication to keep light sparks in the heart despite distance and cultural differences. If you think we have so many things in common, let's start the journey through friendship first and find out where it will lead us. For that special someone, of course I will only pick one... and make it work.
